Territory Manager – Phoenix

Priority1, Inc. is a wide‑service logistics company seeking an outside Territory Manager for the Phoenix market. The position focuses on new business acquisition and selling freight solutions to executive‑level decision makers.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect new business through door‑to‑door cold calling and lead generation.
  • Utilize CRM to track activity and manage pipeline.
  • Sell and set up new accounts.
  • Manage existing accounts acquired.
Training & Development

New hires receive a three‑week corporate training program followed by the Fast Start Program, which includes three months of in‑the‑field training with upper management. Ongoing senior Territory Manager and management trainings are available over the course of a career.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of freight sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, communication, or related).
  • Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended).
  • Natural enthusiasm, energy, and polished professional demeanor.
