- Compensation:$60,000–$75,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
On-Target Earnings:$150,000+ within the first 12 months | 3 month Ramp Period - Work Setting: Hybrid role with approximately 30% remote work from your home office and 70% field-based sales activity, including in-person meetings with homeowners, real estate networking, industry events, sales trainings, and quarterly team-building gatherings.

We are looking for Sales Executives who are energized by building relationships, earning trust, and helping homeowners make smart decisions about one of the most valuable assets they own. This is a field-based role with real earning potential, a strong support system behind you, and a direct contribution to company growth.

What You Will Do- Develop and grow a pipeline of prospective homeowners through a mix of self-sourced outreach and inbound leads.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation through signed agreement.
- Deliver consultative presentations that connect homeowner goals to Avari's capabilities in revenue management, marketing distribution, and property care.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs and a great homeowner experience from day one.
- Maintain organized pipeline and activity records in Hub Spot to stay on top of your opportunities and support accurate forecasting.
- Represent Avari professionally in your market and build a reputation as a trusted local resource for homeowners.
Sales Executives are supported with regular coaching and clear performance expectations from day one. We want you to succeed, and we invest in giving you the tools and feedback to do that.
Performance is tracked through a combination of activity metrics and production outcomes. High performers who are putting in consistent effort and building a real pipeline are recognized and rewarded. We review results regularly with each rep to identify what is working and where there is room to grow.
