Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
- Conduct virtual and on‑site presentations with employers to position the value of Aflac.
- Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs.
- Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support.
- Attend team meetings and trainings.
- Life/Health insurance license (or willingness to quickly obtain) is required.
- Proven industry experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and results driven.
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check.
- Authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
- Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
