There are no required hours, no quotas, and no full-time commitment. Work as much or as little as you’d like while earning commissions on every project you help bring in.

For over 20 years, Orlando Production has helped businesses produce conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings, galas, live events, and special productions throughout Florida and across the United States. Our reputation is built on dependable service, experienced crews, and exceptional client support.

We specialize in professional event production, including LED video walls, audiovisual support, live streaming, video production, projection, lighting, and event technology.

You don’t need to know anything about AV equipment or event technology—we’ll handle the consultations, proposals, production, and closing the sale.

Your role is simple: make the introduction, and we’ll take it from there.

• Build relationships with local businesses and organizations
• Identify companies planning meetings, conferences, trade shows, or special events
• Introduce Orlando Production to potential clients
• Make warm introductions through networking, email, phone calls, or in‑person meetings
• Pass qualified opportunities to our team—we handle the consultations, proposals, and project execution

• No previous AV experience
• No technical knowledge

• You must be able to build relationships and make introductions

• People with connections in industries such as Event planning, Hospitality, Hotels and resorts, Convention centers, Marketing and advertising agencies, Wedding and special event planning, Chambers of Commerce, Business networking groups, Real estate, Insurance, Business consulting, Nonprofits, Professional associations

Simply introduce a potential client; our team will handle the rest. Once the project is booked, you earn a commission.

This is a performance‑based, commission‑only opportunity with unlimited earning potential.

You earn commissions on every project that closes from clients you introduce. Projects may range from several thousand dollars to well over $100,000, creating significant earning opportunities.

Many of our clients host events year after year, creating the potential for ongoing commissions from relationships you help establish.
