We're currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative who can build strong relationships, grow our customer base, and help keep our business moving forward. What You’ll Do- Be the expert on all company products and service offerings.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships across assigned territory.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored product solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and margin targets, as well as track sales activities.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer needs.
- Collaborate with branch, delivery, and inside sales teams to ensure high service levels.
- Participate in strategic planning to expand market share and grow revenue.

- 2+ years of experience in heavy duty truck, industrial, or automotive industries.
- 2+ years of outside sales or customer-facing experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Comfort with technology (email, CRM, Microsoft Office, mobile tools).
- 3+ years of experience in heavy duty truck, automotive, or diesel parts sales.
- Account and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with commercial fleets, drive trains, and repair shop operations.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent driving and field-based customer visits.
- Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work in a variety of indoor offices, warehouses, and outdoor shop environments.
- Occasional administrative work from home or branch office.
