This is a full-time Law Enforcement Sales Executive role based in Littleton, CO with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. The Law Enforcement Sales Executive will identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with law enforcement agencies and related public safety organizations. Daily responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to close deals.
The role involves building long-term relationships with decision-makers, understanding operational challenges, and positioning Sure Pass solutions to meet specific security and verification needs. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to provide feedback from the field, support implementations, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Regular travel to client locations, conferences, and industry events may be required to expand Sure Pass’s presence in the law enforcement market.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably selling technology or SaaS solutions to law enforcement, public safety, or government agencies.
- Strong skills in prospecting, pipeline management, consultative selling, and closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product features, integration requirements, and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of law enforcement operations, security workflows, or identity verification processes is highly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including delivering presentations, product demos, and proposals.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard sales productivity software to track activities, opportunities, and performance metrics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple accounts and opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting, with accountability for results.
- Comfort with travel to client sites, conferences, and industry events as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Criminal Justice, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
