Job Summary
Reporting to the Revicare Manager, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, securing new business opportunities, and overseeing the retention of accounts across key Revicare customer segments (retirement homes, group homes, and other congregate living settings). The role includes fostering relationships with internal and external decision‑makers, understanding their unique needs, and delivering solutions that enhance the quality of care for residents.
This is a hybrid role with up to 50% working from home and up to 50% traveling within the assigned territory.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retirement home sector and other congregate living settings for incontinence and medical supplies across Ontario.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with retirement home administrators, healthcare professionals, and key decision‑makers.
- Support and engage key accounts with regular on‑site incontinence program support and account management.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments within Care Rx to provide comprehensive and tailored solutions.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends and adapt sales strategies to maximize effectiveness.
- Achieve or exceed sales growth and budget targets by prospecting for new customers through a high volume of customer touchpoints (cold‑calling, emails, meetings, presentations, etc.) to effectively grow the assigned territory.
- Provide regular reports on sales and business development opportunities.
- Demonstrated sales experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong preference for knowledge of incontinence and medical supplies.
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, particularly in the retirement home sector.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sales role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for travel up to 50% of the time.
- Preferably based in the Ottawa region.
- Flexible and proactive work approach, capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and client requirements.
- Independent worker, self‑motivated with the ability to drive performance and exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

$70k to $80k annually. Pay rate based on the individual candidate’s credentials and experience.
Location and Travel100% remote with up to 50% travel within Ontario.
