Drive sales growth as a National Account Representative at Crawford in Western Canada. This hybrid position focuses on building client relationships and expanding service offerings.
Crawford is seeking a National Account Representative who will report to the VP, Sales. With a focus on Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, you will promote services, identify new clients, and strengthen existing partnerships. Utilize your consultative sales skills to develop proposals and lead client presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target new prospective clients across Western Canada
• Build relationships with carriers, brokers, and self-insured organizations
• Develop and present tailored client proposals and service recommendations
• Plan and execute localized client events to promote Crawford's services
• Maintain Salesforce records for sales pipeline management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Five+ years in insurance, professional services, or account executive roles
• Proven client relationship and business development skills
• Strategic thinking and consultative sales abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
