As Founders' Associate, you will operate at high velocity, acting as a strategic partner to our C‑Level leadership. This role is a unique opportunity to help lead a global vacation rental group while enabling those around you to succeed. You won’t just observe our leadership – you will be at the frontline of the initiatives that define our future. From confidential M&A transactions and board‑level strategy papers to complex cross‑functional projects, you will focus on the Group's most critical priorities.

- Learn how to run a global tech business through constant exchange with the C‑Level and across all functions of Interhome and the Home To Go Group
- Manage mission‑critical topics as a trusted proxy for the leadership; you will transition from absorbing knowledge to making decisions and communicating on behalf of the C‑Suite.
- Prepare and pre‑align strategy in close collaboration with the Senior Management ensuring high‑level visions are translated into actionable tactics and delivered results.
- Own and drive cross‑functional initiatives, working with diverse stakeholders across the organization and our international subsidiaries to ensure unified execution.
- Identify and model new growth opportunities by deploying AI‑driven workflows; you will use the latest technologies to enhance data‑driven decision‑making and drive organizational scale.
- Support teams across the company when urgently needed, providing the hands‑on capacity to create impact where it is required most.
- Develop and lead your own projects as you gain autonomy and empowerment through your partnership with Senior Management.
- You bring at least 2 years of experience in a fast‑paced startup, scale‑up or consulting environment where you navigated complex challenges
- You have excellent communication skills in English and German. You possess the emotional intelligence to understand your audience and influence stakeholders effectively at every level of the organization.
- You have a proactive and independent working and learning attitude
- You are data‑driven and possess the ability to prioritize efficiently, balancing business needs with the impact on our teams.
- You approach new tasks with an open mind and a "can‑do" spirit, seeing challenges as opportunities for both personal and organizational growth.
- You are knowledgeable about and interested in how AI can be used to improve the employee experience and build more intuitive internal workflows.
- You have high proficiency in German and English.
