Pay Details
  • Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
  • Average earnings range from $55K‑$75K through a combination of base salary and generous commission.

Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consult with customers on their insurance needs, and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.

Position Details
  • Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
  • No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
  • Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
  • Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day: 11:30‑8 pm EST, 12:30‑9 pm EST, or 1:30‑10 pm EST. This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 6 months before consideration for another shift.
  • All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired (cable, fiber, or DSL) high‑speed internet connection with a minimum 100 Mbps download speed and 20 Mbps upload speed. Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
  • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
  • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
  • Property and Casualty license required after hire.
