This full-time, permanent role is focused predominantly on upselling (90%) while also allowing you to cultivate your own accounts (10%). You will identify growth opportunities and work closely with Telesales and Account Managers to enhance customer success throughout the lifecycle of your accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive advertising solutions to small and medium businesses
• Establish rapport and interest with clients via various channels
• Sustain and renew your assigned accounts effectively
• Perform needs assessments and craft personalized proposals
• Enthusiastically represent Yellow Pages in all interactions
Requirements:
• 3-5 years proven success in sales or media advertising
• Must be bilingual in French and English
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Canadian residents only
