About the Team

Seasoned Principal Services Executive in Singapore, you will act as a trusted advisor bridging our ASEAN-based customers, prospects, account executives, sales directors, pre‑sales and our partner ecosystem. You will help grow adoption of our platform and new innovations across customers in ASEAN.

About the Role

As a Workday Services Executive you will plan, manage, and execute all Global Services priorities and GTM in India for our Global Services organization. You will collaborate with project directors, engagement managers, and customer success to deliver successful roadmaps, guide change and transformation, and ensure value realization.

What you’ll do
  • Understand the competitive landscape and prospect needs so you can effectively position the value of our Global Services deployment methodology and packaged service offerings.
  • Work with Account Executive, Pre‑sales Specialists, Value Engineers, Managing Partners, Partner Managers and Customer Success Managers to determine services strategy for customer base accounts and acquisition strategy for strategic net new customers across India.
  • Consultative Selling – GTM lead for showcasing relevance, impact and value of Workday’s Customer Experience of ferings (full portfolio of service offerings) and conduct services discovery sessions.
  • Business Development – Qualify, lead, and strategize with GTM teams on effective transformation strategy for customers/prospects, including RFPs/RFIs/Tenders and collaboration with advisory and thought‑leadership firms to create and validate Global Services proposals with commercials and high‑level project plans.
  • Nurture mutually helpful relationships with Workday Service Partners.
  • Teamwork, leadership & collaboration – partner with project directors/engagement managers and customers on the health of engagements and coordinate necessary interventions from partners, Global Services and broader CX teams.
  • Expert ability to prioritize and manage pipelines effectively.
  • Assess project team training needs for prospects and customers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
  • Handle, negotiate, and close Professional Services agreements, Statements of Work and other contractual documentation.
  • Provide support for services, activities and events.
  • Respond to RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.
About You

Seasoned professional with deep consulting and delivery experience, strong relationships in ASEAN enterprise markets, and a passion for driving value realization across complex, multi‑cloud, multi‑tower transformation deals.

Basic Qualifications
  • 12+ years in Professional Services, Customer Success, Consulting Sales, ERP/HCM/Financials transformation, or SaaS services roles.
  • Strong grounding in AI, Enterprise Automation, Workday, SAP, Oracle, Success Factors, or comparable SaaS ecosystems.
  • Experience in ASEAN enterprise transformation programs across BFSI, IT/ITeS, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, GCCs, or high‑growth digital organizations.
  • Demonstrated success influencing large, multi‑cloud, multi‑tower transformation deals.
  • Domain understanding of AI in the enterprise, automation, integration strategies, and modern deployment patterns.
  • Ability to travel ~20% within ASEAN.
Other Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent industry credentials preferred.
  • Proven ability in managing complex services sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful service revenue and profitability attainment.
  • Experience in consulting and project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of vendors, products, and services in the Enterprise SaaS/AI/Automation/ERP (FINS/HCM) application space.
  • Excellent presentation skills while participating in a fast‑paced, complex product and services sales cycle.
