Pay Range$75,000.00/yr - $/yr
What You’ll Do- Engage with warm leads who have already requested information
- Conduct virtual consultations via phone or Zoom
- Assess client needs and recommend life insurance and financial protection solutions
- Manage your client pipeline through our CRM
- Provide ongoing communication and follow-up with clients
- Participate in optional team training and coaching sessions
- Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations
We provide in-house, high-quality leads from individuals actively seeking coverage. No cold calling or prospecting lists.
Support Without MicromanagementWork independently with access to mentorship, daily training, and a proven sales system that top producers use.
Strong Earning Potential1099 commission-based with no income cap. Vested day‑one commissions + bonuses create a clear path to six figures and beyond for consistent performers.
