Pay Details
  • Starting base salary is $45,000 with opportunity for growth.
  • Average earnings range from $55,000–$75,000 through a combination of base salary and commission.
  • Top performers in their second year and onward can earn up to $85,000+.
Position Details

As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs, and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders. The role is based in a remote work environment with scheduled shifts (11:30–8:00 pm, 12:30–9:00 pm, or 1:30–10:00 pm EST) requiring 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day for a minimum of 6 months before shift consideration.

All equipment and high‑speed internet requirements are provided and supported by the employer.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and warm leads with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Consult and recommend appropriate insurance products to customers.
  • Close sales and convert prospects into policyholders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and licensing opportunities.
  • Adhere to company policies, ethics, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales or service‑related experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient typing and PC skills.
  • Property and Casualty license required after hire.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
