Salary Range
$70,000 - $80,000 base; total compensation $175,000 - $225,000.
Job SummaryShapes and executes an overall sales strategy, communicating it to the sales team and other business units. Coordinates with marketing management to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies. Supports the sales force by providing necessary resources, incentives, and conflict resolution. Participates in performance management, coaching, recruiting, and selection of the sales workforce and develops compensation plans to maximize productivity. Oversees the customer sales experience and proactively responds to customer concerns.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or four years of equivalent work experience; at least two years in a similar sales‑management position.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading and writing English (additional language required for certain positions).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in close contact with the general public in sales and marketing situations.
- Openness to adapt to different cultural contexts based on location.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
- Manage the sales floor to ensure efficient customer tour flow and sales presentation discussions.
- Plan and staff sales force readiness with appropriate staffing for marketing/tours.
- Provide product information and answer customer questions regarding vacation ownership, seasonal travel, and financing options.
- Close sales, review and approve documentation, and monitor the pipeline of deals awaiting final confirmation.
- Support presentations and ratification of contracts to new owners and make post‑purchase calls.
- Supervise daily operational aspects of the Sales Gallery Floor/Sales Center.
- Conduct and contribute to material for daily huddles/line‑ups and regular sales‑management meetings.
- Mediate, counsel, and resolve issues with subordinates and colleagues to maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor sales performance reports (e.g., VPG, Net Sales, Customer Satisfaction) and provide motivational feedback.
- Manage product inventory availability and ensure accurate understanding of sold portfolios.
- Represent the company with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to the brand.
- Respond to customer questions, complaints, and concerns; develop proactive resolution plans.
- Communicate escalated issues and coordinate with Quality Assurance and Contracts.
- Handle cancellations with timely callbacks to customers.
- Provide real‑time coaching on closing sales techniques and business cases.
- Conduct one‑on‑one coaching, performance reviews, and group training for Sales Managers.
- Address under‑performance issues, design and roll out incentive programs, and deliver clear expectations.
- Facilitate regular training sessions with new hires and support hiring activities.
- Interpret feedback from surveys and customer conversations to coach Managers.
