Compensation: $120,000 Base Salary (base + draw on commission) plus Deal Commission and Incentives. Expected annual income is $150,000 to $250,000+ depending on sales performance.
Your Impact On Team SidekickAs a Franchise Advisor, you’ll serve as a trusted guide to prospective entrepreneurs considering franchise ownership. You’ll lead your clients through the Sidekick Seven—our proven, high‑impact sales process—while acting as a business coach, advisor, and motivator. You’ll build deep relationships with your clients, helping them navigate life‑changing decisions with confidence, clarity, and courage.
Responsibilities Client Advisory & Coaching (50%):- Guide prospective clients through the Sidekick Seven franchise discovery process with clarity, motivation, and expertise.
- Act as a strategic coach, helping clients understand key business concepts and confidently navigate their decision.
- Manage an active sales pipeline, responding quickly to new leads and ensuring timely follow‑up throughout the process.
- Convert qualified leads into closed deals through structured, value‑based conversations and leverage the Sidekick process and technology.
- Build strong working relationships with franchise brand representatives and leverage them effectively during client discovery.
- Maintain fluency on Sidekick‑approved brands and industry trends to provide current, relevant insights.
- Attend Sidekick Events to network with Sidekick Brands and Industry Partners.
- Provide regular feedback to improve team processes, content, and tools.
- Attend regular team meetings and trainings to constantly learn and grow.
- Mentor peers and contribute to a team culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Base salary and commission on every deal you close.
- Clear path for growth: top performers may graduate to the Senior Advisor Program, managing a team and expanding earning potential.
