We are seeking a driven, empathetic, and experienced Remote Dental Treatment Closer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with qualified, inbound leads -prospective patients who have already expressed interest in dental treatments such as same-day smiles, dental implants, and cosmetic procedures.

Your goal is to guide these individuals through the treatment planning process, answer questions, address concerns, and ultimately help them commit to life-changing dental care.

This position is fully remote and ideal for someone who excels in high-trust consultative sales and is motivated by helping people feel confident about their health and appearance.

• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective patients.
• Present and explain customized treatment plans, including costs, outcomes, and timelines.
• Build rapport with leads and provide transparent, compassionate support throughout the decision process.
• Handle objections and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Follow up consistently with leads who are undecided or need more time.
• Collaborate with the clinical coordination team to ensure a smooth transition to treatment.
• Maintain detailed notes in CRM systems and meet monthly performance goals.
• Stay up to date on procedures, technology, and financing options offered.

• 2+ years of experience in dental treatment coordination
  , sales
  , or healthcare consultations.
• Strong knowledge of dental services, especially cosmetic
  , implant
  , or restorative procedures.
• Proven ability to close high-ticket services through phone or video consultations.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening ability.
• Experience using CRM software, Zoom, or other virtual tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
