We're seeking a Local Inside Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. In this role, you'll build relationships with prospective and existing clients, identify opportunities to provide additional coverage, and deliver the award-winning service that has made our agency an industry leader.

  • First-year earning potential of $45,000-$65,000

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service and support to current clients
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Prospect for and develop new client relationships
  • Build trust and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Contribute to agency sales, retention, and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Active insurance license required
  • Prior insurance, sales, or related customer-facing experience
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Warm, friendly, and professional communication style
