Outside Sales Representative

We are currently hiring in the Kansas City market for a hunter‑type salesperson with field‑based direct sales experience in Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), Managed Services, Security, and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) markets. Other B2B field‑based sales experience will be considered.

The Outside Sales Representative position is a full‑time hybrid role located in the Greater Kansas City Area, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include generating new business through sales presentations, relationship building, prospective customer demonstrations, and customer service. A hunter mentality is required.

• Strong sales presentation, relationship‑building, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in new business development.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization and across functions to drive results.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools.
• College degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in selling cloud‑based communications technology, including CCaaS.
• Understanding of the competitive landscape and market.
