Remote Client Benefits Coordinator — St. Louis Area

The Weather spoon Agency is currently expanding within Missouri and reviewing applicants interested in a remote opportunity involving member communication, virtual client support, and benefits coordination.

Current hiring focus includes candidates located within or near the following Missouri markets:

St. Louis, Missouri Kansas City, Missouri Springfield, Missouri Columbia, Missouri Independence, Missouri

Previous insurance experience is not required for consideration.

Individuals selected to move forward receive access to guided onboarding, virtual training resources, live mentorship, and ongoing coaching support designed to help new team members transition into a remote professional environment successfully.

This opportunity involves working virtually with union and association members who have requested information regarding available benefit programs. Team members connect with clients through scheduled virtual meetings, review available options, answer questions, and assist with enrollments when appropriate.

Our organization operates within a structured remote environment using scheduled appointments and virtual communication platforms.
