Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Orange County, CA, with some flexibility to work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to prospective clients, and presenting services related to education, consultation, and business mentorship. The Sales Associate will schedule and attend client meetings (in-person and virtual), maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and follow up consistently to nurture relationships and close deals.

This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to understand service offerings, supporting marketing campaigns, and providing feedback on client needs and market trends. The Sales Associate will be expected to meet sales targets, deliver professional client communication, and represent the organization’s mission and values in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills to engage prospective and existing clients effectively.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally, including presenting services and explaining complex concepts in accessible terms.
  • Competence with basic digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, email platforms, video conferencing software) and comfort working in a hybrid environment.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple prospects, and meet deadlines.
  • Interest or experience in education, consultation, coaching, or business mentorship fields is highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a professional and inclusive approach to clients and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Medford, OR and surrounding areas for in-person client meetings and events as needed.
