Role Description This is a full‑time, hybrid Salesperson role based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, with flexibility for some work from home. The Salesperson will manage and grow a portfolio of contractor and restoration customers, focusing on selling materials, supplies, and solutions that support restoration, abatement, and containment projects. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include prospecting new accounts, following up on leads, conducting customer visits in the field, and maintaining regular phone and email communication.
The role involves preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating with operations and logistics for timely delivery, and monitoring project timelines to ensure customer needs are met. The Salesperson will also track sales activity in CRM tools, meet or exceed revenue and margin targets, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and provide responsive, high‑quality service.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, account management, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long‑term partnerships.
- Experience with outbound prospecting, lead follow‑up, and pipeline management using CRM or similar tools.
- Knowledge of construction, restoration, abatement, or industrial supply sectors, or a willingness to learn technical product details quickly.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both in person and over phone/email.
- Solid organizational, time management, and follow‑through skills, with attention to detail in quotes, orders, and documentation.
- Comfort working in a hybrid model, including field visits in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and remote administrative work from home.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, urgency‑driven environment and solve problems under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM platforms); experience with sales reporting is a plus.
- Previous experience in B2B sales or inside/outside sales is preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are beneficial.
