Online Sales Concierge – The right candidate will specialize in converting internet leads into onsite traffic and sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming internet leads from the company website and outsourced companies.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all potential customers via online channels, live chat, or phone.
  • Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite sales representatives.
  • Enter and update information in a customer management database.
  • Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that can become sales opportunities.
  • Produce monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis).
  • Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
  • Maintain current knowledge of communities, products, plans, and amenities.
  • Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail.
  • Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective clients.
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
  • Ability to work overtime.
  • Minimal overnight travel may be required for training purposes.
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and/or one to three years of related experience and/or training.
  • Superb interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and follow‑through skills.
  • Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form or via DRH applications.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email.
  • Physical requirements:

    ability to sit for the majority of an 8‑hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; specific vision abilities include close and peripheral vision.
  • Noise level is generally moderate.
