Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support equity sales-related administrative tasks, such as account opening, trade confirmations, and required supporting documents.
- Assist equity sales in explaining transaction requirements and procedures to customers prior to account opening, under sales supervision.
- Assist equity sales in supervising customer transaction activities and the settlement of payments.
- Ensure customer transaction confirmations are appropriate and correctly delivered to customers.
