The Country Sales Manager is a full‑time role, based in Indonesia with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. This position is responsible for developing and executing the country sales strategy, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving revenue and profit targets for Modula’s automated warehouse and storage solutions. The role includes identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key accounts, and collaborating with distributors, partners, and internal teams to drive market penetration.
Day‑to‑day tasks involve conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, leading contract negotiations, and providing timely sales forecasts and reports. The Country Sales Manager will also coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth implementation, high customer satisfaction, and long‑term account growth.
- Strong B2B sales and account management skills, including pipeline development, negotiation, and closing complex solutions.
- Experience in industrial automation, intralogistics, material handling, or related technical products, with the ability to understand customer operations and requirements.
- Proficiency in sales planning, territory management, and market analysis to identify opportunities and competitive positioning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels and deliver clear value propositions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with technical, marketing, and service teams, and to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Self‑driven, organized, and comfortable operating in a hybrid work setting with regular travel within the country and, when required, within the APAC region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Previous experience as a country manager, sales manager, or similar leadership role in a technical or industrial sector is highly beneficial.
