Description
As a Toyota Car Sales Associate, your role will involve the following responsibilities:

You’ll be responsible for presenting our wide range of Toyota vehicles and all brands of used vehicles to potential customers. This includes explaining features, benefits, and specifications.

You’ll actively engage with customers, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.
:
Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our inventory is essential. Stay updated on industry trends and participate in sales training programs to enhance your expertise.
:
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Assist customers during vehicle demonstrations, financial proposals, and delivery.
:
Maintain a positive attitude, professional appearance, and ethical conduct. Always prioritize the customer’s needs and commit to growth.
Excellent communication skills are required in person, by phone, email and text.
Significant daily outbound email, calls and texts to solicit and follow up on possible sales are required.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required, a college degree is preferred.

You’ll need a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record, in addition a Vehicle Sales License.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. You’ll be interacting with customers daily.

While not always mandatory, automobile sales experience is a plus.

Car sales can be fast‑paced, so adaptability and efficiency are crucial.
