Join Our Fast-Growing Sales Team

EMEA Wealth Advisory is a key client business within Black Rock, responsible for the sales and distribution of Black Rock's platform, technology, and products. The scaled distribution team within EMEA Wealth Advisory is responsible for delivering an innovative, tech-enabled sales approach to the independent wealth manager segment.

In this role, you will join a fast-growing sales team supporting Black Rock's wealth business in Europe. You will connect with financial advisors via phone and email, using structured guidance to start conversations, understand their needs, and identify potential opportunities for the team. This is a great entry point into financial markets and sales, offering hands-on experience, structured training, and clear development opportunities.

We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and enjoys communicating with people, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reach out to financial advisors via phone using structured scripts and tools, with the goal of starting meaningful conversations.
  • Ask the right questions to understand advisor needs and identify potential business opportunities to pass on to senior team members.
  • Develop initial relationships with advisors through regular follow-ups and consistent communication across phone and email.
  • Continuously build knowledge of financial markets, investment solutions, and sales techniques through structured training.
  • Use internal CRM tools to keep track of conversations, follow-ups, and next steps.
  • Collaborate closely with senior sales colleagues to ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Fluent in German and proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate with independent advisors and teams.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
  • Interest in financial markets required; prior knowledge is a plus, training provided.
  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • High sales acumen and the desire and ability to generate sales opportunities. Must be confident, persuasive, and credible over the phone.
  • Ability to learn, adopt, and champion portfolio analytics tools and digital sales processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to maintain focus, motivation, and high performance under pressure, adapting quickly to setbacks or changing priorities.
  • Demonstrates being a "Student of the Market" with ability to learn various investment solutions.
  • Ability to work in team environment while being a driven self-starter.

The salary range for Hungary is  -  HUF. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
