Responsibilities
- Invest significantly in building and nurturing executive-level customer relationships with Live Ramp’s most strategic Brand customers and manage a portfolio of clients end-to-end.
- Champion customer‑centricity across Live Ramp, collaborating with internal teams to improve the customer journey.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to evolve the tools, processes, and strategy for customer engagement and segmentation as the Brands business continues to grow.
- Dedicate effort to continuously improving customer health, ensuring customers adopt Live Ramp products and solutions.
- Coach and mentor Customer Success Managers on the Brands team, sharing best practices in Customer Success as needed.
- Effectively identify and lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve the customer experience.
- Address challenging customer requests and engage in issue resolution as needed.
- Clearly communicate the progress of weekly, monthly, and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead renewal strategy and forecasting with rigor: run mitigation sessions, coach to value‑selling methodology, challenge assumptions, and maintain renewal forecast accuracy, including contract negotiation and corresponding paperwork.
- Ensure customers realize value and adoption, coaching teams to become trusted advisors who demonstrate wins and drive long‑term growth.
- Enterprise B2B SaaS Customer Success Manager experience, with emphasis on media buying & measurement and collaboration or identity.
- Minimum of 5 years as a CSM or Account Director, or 8+ years in customer‑facing roles with at least 2 years in Customer Success.
- History of growth in seniority of roles or increased account size preferred.
- Experience managing accounts of $2M+ ARR, or strong negotiation and project‑management skills.
- Nice to have experience managing 3–5 highly strategic accounts.
- Or experience managing 20+ accounts of $500K+ each.
- Familiarity with Live Ramp and its ecosystem, from brand client or platform side.
- Familiarity with Clean Room solutions, measurement and/or collaboration use cases.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software.
- Experience drafting and delivering QBRs and executive summaries.
- Experience managing renewals and partnering with Sales on upsells and cross‑sells.
- Nice to have: multiple roles across ad‑tech or mar‑tech, either on the sales side or buy side (brand/agency).
- Strong leadership capabilities: steer internal stakeholders toward a common objective.
- Motivate and project‑manage internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational capabilities and foresight.
- Ability to anticipate multiple outcomes and plan for each scenario.
- Resourcefulness and persistence in obtaining necessary information.
- Navigate disparate internal and external resources effectively.
- Tact and presence, including preparation for C‑level conversations.
- Ability to craft and present a summary of value delivered from the customer’s perspective.
- Strategic insight: understanding client business goals and aligning solutions.
- Track record of identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Strong relationship building and empathy; understand how product/process changes affect customers.
- Capable of recommending adjustments that benefit customers and potential other customers.
The approximate annual base compensation range is $96,500 to $133,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, and internal equity among our team.
