We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and technology. The role involves contacting potential customers, introducing the company's products and services, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Contact potential customers via phone to introduce the company's products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate and qualify sales leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Stay updated on the company's products, services, and promotions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic;
English is an advantage. - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Must have a suitable quiet and dedicated workspace (e.g. home office) to perform the job duties without any disturbances or interruptions.
