Compensation
Hourly Pay: $16.37 – $20.93. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job‑related factors as permitted by law.
Monthly Incentive Opportunity:
Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.
Schedule:
Monday, 9AM to 6PM;
Tuesday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM;
Saturday, 9AM to 12PM. 37.5‑hour work week. No late nights and no Sundays.
Up to 3 weeks paid time off accrued in your first year.

Responsibilities- Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
- Assist customers with travel planning, including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
- Manage and respond to RACC calls continuously throughout the day.
- Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication skills — ability to build trust and clearly explain value.
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Basic geography knowledge is a plus.
- Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain one within six months of employment.
- Satisfactory pre‑employment and post‑employment screening results, including criminal, drug, and state/vendor specific screenings.
- Ability to obtain a necessary membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position.
