About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a Group Sales Manager to join its dynamic Commercial team. The role involves leading group sales within assigned markets by building strategic relationships, promoting brand awareness, and collaborating closely with commercial leadership to secure and confirm group business that meets budgeted sales goals.
Responsibilities- Drive and deliver group sales within assigned markets by developing a direct sales plan and strategic outreach to cultivate a refined portfolio of key accounts.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial leadership to secure group business, drive revenue, and negotiate agreements that maximize profitability while aligning with exceptional guest expectations.
- Expand brand presence within corporate, incentive, and association markets through strategic travel and personalized client engagements.
- Coordinate all sales activities, including client engagement via multiple platforms, property tours, and ongoing communication to deliver personalized experiences that reflect the Four Seasons brand.
- At least 2 years of Group Sales experience with a Luxury hotel background.
- Ability to evaluate business opportunities, understand hotel needs, and develop sales strategies aligned with overall revenue goals.
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
On‑site preferred, though remote work will be considered.

- Active engagement with clients via multiple platforms, including direct outreach, ongoing communication, and property tours.
