Lima One Capital is seeking an established Real Estate Investment Loan Originator to join our nationwide, fully remote team. You will originate and close loans across Fix and Flip, New Construction, and Rental Property programs, acting as the go-to funding expert in your market.
In this outside sales role you will build investor networks, manage the full loan process from outreach to closing, and educate partners on Lima One’s competitive value proposition. A strong book of business is a plus.
