Ignite a passion for learning with Kadland as a Remote Sales Consultant. Engage with families to guide kids aged 5–17 in choosing the best online courses.
In this dynamic role at Kodland, you will provide engaging online demo lessons and present our innovative learning formats to prospective students and their parents. Your main objective is to convert interested families into enrollments, fostering a positive educational journey for children. Utilizing your strong communication skills is crucial as you build trust, handle any objections, and motivate students to start their learning adventure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead engaging 50-minute online demo lessons for students and parents
• Present the Kodland learning format and course options
• Convert interest into enrollments with persuasive techniques
• Build trust and handle objections during discussions
• Motivate students to embark on their learning journey
Requirements:
• Strong communication and persuasion skills in sales
• Advanced English proficiency for family interactions
• Available afternoons/evenings including one weekend day
• Reliable technical setup: PC, webcam, headset, internet
• Passion for digital education and a positive attitude
