Role Description

This is a full‑time, hybrid Sales Executive role based in Michigan City, IN, with the flexibility to perform some work from home. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities with HOAs, commercial property managers, and multi‑family and residential communities, while maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting sales presentations and property solution consultations, preparing proposals and quotations, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing.

The role involves coordinating with operations and project management teams to ensure services are accurately scoped, scheduled, and delivered to meet client expectations. The Sales Executive will also track performance metrics, provide regular reporting, and contribute feedback to refine sales strategies and marketing efforts.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in property services, facilities management, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, with the ability to move opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Ability to conduct effective client meetings, needs assessments, and solution‑based presentations for diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing accurate proposals, quotations, and contracts, with attention to detail and follow‑up.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building long‑term client relationships.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively between on‑site visits and remote work.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
  • Knowledge of property management, HVAC, plumbing, renovation, or landscaping services is highly beneficial.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client visits and site assessments.
