Overview

Priority1, Inc. is seeking transportation professionals for business-to-business product/service sales in Charlotte. We are a premier consulting and contract logistics company, specializing in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services. This Territory Manager role focuses on new business acquisition and offers a path for career growth in sales leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting for new business (B2B door-to-door cold calling involved).
  • Developing lead generation and utilizing CRM to track activity.
  • Selling and setting up new accounts.
  • Managing accounts you sell.
Training and Development

We support Territory Managers through best-in-class training. New hires typically complete three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months, with potential additional Senior TM trainings and management trainings. Training takes place in Little Rock, AR and is led by the Executive Development Team. Managers are integrated into the Fast Start Program immediately after Basic Sales Training, featuring three months of in-the-field training with Upper Management.

Requirements of a Priority1 Territory Manager
  • 2 years of freight sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (business, marketing or communication preferred; other majors acceptable with a passion for sales)
  • Involvement in campus activities (athletic backgrounds highly recommended)
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
  • Determined to be part of a winning team
  • Strong desire to be successful
