Remote Sales Representative
Medtronic is seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Sales Representative to join our Cardiovascular Portfolio. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a passion for improving patient outcomes through innovative medical technologies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory, leveraging remote communication methods.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective account management and exceptional customer service, primarily using email, phone calls, video messaging, and Microsoft Teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and drive revenue growth through remote engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs and enhance patient care.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Medtronic's Cardiovascular Portfolio products.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers using virtual communication platforms.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 10+ years experience in a sales, customer support, role or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences role,
- OR Associate's Degree AND 8+ years experience in a sales, customer support role, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences role,
- OR Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in a sales, customer support role, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences role
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
- Knowledge of cardiovascular products and procedures
- 3+ years of experience in a Medtronic CV field sales position
- 8+ years of sales experience, with a focus on building and nurturing customer relationships.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas, demonstrating strong sales performance.
- Experience in account management, with a focus on building and nurturing customer relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer data and sales activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and strong organizational skills.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $62,000.00 - $62,000.00. The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
