Reporting to the CEO
Helveteq, the Swiss issuer of investment products, structures and issues transparent investment products, including Tracker Certificates and Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs), across traditional and alternative asset classes. We enable financial intermediaries to access capital markets with ease and support the structuring and issuance process within the applicable legal and regulatory framework. From equities, fixed income, and commodities to private debt, real estate, and digital assets, we turn investment strategies into bankable, structured products.
Products are issued under a base prospectus approved by SIX Exchange Regulation.
Our reach is global and our team is growing. We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial senior sales executive to scale our services business by winning structuring and issuance mandates from sponsors and originators. You will report directly to the CEO.
Your opportunityJoin a fast-growing company where your commercial instinct, strategic mindset, and industry expertise make a tangible impact. In this role, you will:
- Lead our commercial efforts and develop scalable go-to-market strategies by building relationships with banks, asset managers, family offices, private markets firms, and entrepreneurs who bring assets and strategies to be structured.
- Drive growth by winning structuring and issuance mandates from established financial institutions, leading fintech platforms, and other originators in a dynamic industry.
- Be a brand ambassador
, representing Helveteq at industry conferences and networking events. - Develop tailored solutions that address originator needs and maximize value by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Promote Helveteq’s thought leadership in the market through developing impactful and engaging content that advances the industry’s thinking.
We’re looking for a commercial professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record in winning B2B mandates in financial services. The ideal candidate will bring:
- A strong academic and professional background with proven experience in a fast-paced environment such as consulting, investment banking, or private markets.
- A proven track record in selling structuring, issuance, or capital markets services to originators and sponsors.
- An outstanding network in the financial industry, including asset managers, banks, family offices, private markets firms, and other key players.
- Expertise in crafting and executing high-impact sales and marketing strategies.
- Hunger for growth and an ambition to win with your team.
- A doer mentality
, with the ability to articulate a complex value proposition with ease. - Strong negotiation skills and experience with institutional onboarding and due-diligence processes; knowledge of the Swiss regulatory framework (FinSA) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and German to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders;
French is advantageous.
