Responsibilities
Find new opportunities:
Reach out to potential clients and follow up to build strong relationships.
Collaborate on campaigns:
Work with our marketing team to generate leads and drive engagement.
Drive revenue:
Sell online advertising, custom content, and editorial solutions to meet client needs.
Build connections:
Develop lasting relationships with small and medium‑sized businesses.
Consult and solve:
Use consultative selling techniques to address client challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
Create and negotiate:
Craft compelling proposals and contracts, negotiate effectively, and handle objections with confidence.
Stay organized:
Keep Salesforce CRM updated with accurate pipeline and sales information.
Report progress:
Share updates on customer pipelines and bookings with your manager.
Qualifications
B2B sales experience: Proven track record in digital marketing and sales.
Marketing expertise: Understanding of integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
CRM knowledge:
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Communication skills: Strong written and verbal English; additional languages are a bonus.
Upselling ability: Spot opportunities to grow accounts and deliver more value.
Problem‑solving mindset: Ask the right questions and handle objections effectively.
Presentation skills: Confident in delivering pitches and proposals.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel when needed.
Proficiency in Spanish: Considered an added value for this role.
