SALARY RANGE:  €60,000 – €70,000 gross annual salary + 20% bonus + company car

The Role
As Account Manager within the Shrink Sleeve Business Unit, you will manage and further develop a portfolio of recurring customers across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg. You will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and actively contributing to new business development.

This role is well suited for an energetic and technically minded professional who is eager to grow into a future Key Account Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of accounts with a total annual turnover of approximately €8–9 million

Maintain and strengthen long‑term relationships with customers across Benelux and Germany

Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new customers

Act as the main point of contact for customers, coordinating internally with technical, production and supply chain teams

Understand customer needs and translate them into appropriate technical and commercial solutions

Prepare quotations, follow up on offers, and support contract negotiations

Travel approximately 50% of the time within the Benelux and German regions

Gradually grow into a Key Account Manager role with increased responsibility and strategic account ownership

You are a great fit for this role if you

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Packaging Technology or a comparable field

Have 2/3 years of experience in sales, account management or a commercial role, preferably in a technical or industrial environment

Experience in printing, packaging or related industries is an advantage

Are technically curious and able to understand and discuss product and process solutions with customers

Are proactive, energetic and motivated to grow within an international organization

Are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a wider sales team

Are willing to travel regularly within the assigned region

Are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or German is a strong asset
