Role Overview : (Online) Key Account Manager
You are responsible for a strategic portfolio of assigned (online) key accounts. Your mission is to actively drive business growth, expand market share, and maximize opportunities across the full range of Fossil products and brands.

What You Will Do In This Role

Develop and execute the online key accounts business plan in line with the Fossil strategic account management process.

Take full ownership of the account sales targets and financial objectives for your portfolio.

Analyze customer and market data, using retailer portals and analytics tools to make sound commercial recommendations.

Conduct regular business reviews both internally and with your key accounts.

Manage product and brand sell‑in utilizing company‑developed tools and strategies.

Coordinate annual promotional and sales activity plans in close collaboration with Key Account Support and the Go‑To‑Market (GTM) team.

Identify and execute sell‑through opportunities to maximize brand visibility and sales.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Product Management) to deliver seamless customer solutions.

Manage stakeholders effectively, building and maintaining long‑term, high‑value customer relationships.

Who You Are

Leadership and people skills, ready to take on people responsibility within the team.

Proven experience in key account management, with a strong track record in building customer relationships and strategic business planning.

Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to turn data and retail insights into actionable commercial strategies.

Strong negotiation skills, preferably backed by formal training.

Expert in stakeholder management and a highly effective written and verbal communicator.

Preferably Bachelor's degree educated.

High degree of self‑motivation, adaptability to change, and a proactive hands‑on mentality.

A quick learner with a strong interest in developing deep knowledge of our products, categories, and brands.

Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
