Eleven Labs in Singapore is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. You will manage a book of commercial and enterprise clients across Southeast Asia and North Asia, driving long-term value through renewals, expansions and strong relationships.
This role emphasizes customer success, adoption of multiple products, and KPI ownership (NRR/GRR). Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to communicate with a bilingual customer base, negotiate contracts, and articulate complex ideas.
