• Build a personal prospect portfolio within the logistics, hospitality, retail, and agriculture sectors
• Conduct cold acquisition
• Develop smart outbound strategies using tools like Salesloft, Lusha, Apollo, and Clay
• Deliver demos and pitch meetings using the SPICED methodology
• Guide new clients during their first 1–3 months on the platform
• Analyze labor market and legal trends to act as an expert for clients

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• High energy and a drive for building, scoring, and winning
• Comfortable working with targets
• Confident presentation skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders
• Interest in tech, marketplaces, or the future of work
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Nice to have: 1+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or AE, previous experience in setting up an outbound sales strategy
