Pearl West Group is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to own last-mile delivery across six brands in a fully remote role. You will monitor orders in real time, identify stalled shipments, and coordinate with 3PLs and Customer Service to close gaps.
You’ll own escalation workflows, track SLA performance, and drive improvements through weekly metrics. This is a high-ownership, data-driven role in a fast-growing DTC company with room to grow into leadership as Pearl West scales.
