Client Advisor – Sales Account Manager
Elite Technologies Middle East W.L.L, an IT services provider, is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to source new business opportunities, understand client needs, and deliver tailored IT solutions. The role requires strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through targeted outreach and networking.
- Analyze customer requirements and design appropriate IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, estimates and contracts, and negotiate terms.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in CRM.
Required qualifications:
- 3–8 years of experience in IT sales or account management in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical ability and business acumen.
- Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Locations:
Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam in Saudi Arabia (remote work options available).
