As a Digital Workplace – Technical Sales Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, connecting their business priorities with tailored workplace solutions. You will partner with commercial, technical, and delivery teams to uncover growth potential, define the right approach, and support strategic conversations that create long‑term customer value. This role combines consultative selling, solution positioning, and effective stakeholder engagement across the full sales cycle.
Keyresponsibilities
- Identify and develop new workplace opportunities within existing accounts, focused on measurable business value
- Engage senior executives and senior stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives and build trusted executive relationships
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and architecture teams to assess client needs, scope solutions, and define commercial approaches
- Position Microsoft, AI, and collaboration solutions by translating technical capabilities into clear business outcomes
- Support proposals, workshops, presentations, strategic account planning, cross‑sell, and account expansion across the sales lifecycle
- Experience in technical sales, presales, or solution consulting for workplace, Microsoft, or AI‑powered services
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate technology into business value
- Good understanding of Microsoft technologies, workplace trends, and modern collaboration solutions
- Experience defining, sizing, and commercializing customer solutions with sales, delivery, and architecture teams
- Ability to contribute to proposals, workshops, presentations, strategic account planning, and clear stakeholder communication
