Sanofi seeks a Strategic Account Manager (Vaccines) to lead key accounts remotely in the US Northeast. You will partner with hospitals, health systems, IHNs and other large buyers to drive growth through value creation and executive relationships.
The role requires 5+ years in field sales, strong health-system knowledge, data analytics, and the ability to travel up to 75%. A Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is a plus. Sanofi offers competitive compensation and benefits.
