Role

Summary

Serve as a key partner to T. Rowe Price’s intermediary sales organization, supporting both desk and field sales teams through analytical insights, strategic coordination, and client engagement. ISAs play a critical role in helping drive sales effectiveness and ensure a high‑quality client experience across multiple distribution channels.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key member of dedicated sales teams, completing complex sales support activities, scheduling meetings, pre‑meeting preparation, and promotion of targeted product and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze performance, sales, and client activity reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in partnership with sales teams to best inform coverage and engagement strategies.
  • Primary point of contact for inbound calls from financial professionals, effectively triaging requests to sales team to deliver timely and high‑quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of T. Rowe Price products, marketing strategies and capital markets to fully support and service FAs and internal/external sales teams.
  • Support digital‑only FAs via personalized outbound calls/email campaigns to promote T. Rowe Price solutions and products.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with desk and field sales teams to become the "go to" person for Wirehouse, independent, RIA, and other financial firm specific information.
Qualifications
  • Required:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of total relevant work experience.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as registration with the National Futures Association (NFA). Licenses may be obtained within the first 6 months of hire if not currently held.
  • Preferred:
    College degree with a concentration in business or finance.
  • Client‑facing experience and demonstrated commitment to client service.
  • Strong relationship management, critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment while being a self‑starter.
  • Intellectual curiosity about financial markets, investment products, and intermediary distribution.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven sales environment.
  • Ability to influence without authority and partner effectively across teams.
FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home. It provides exposure to intermediary distribution strategy and is designed to build a strong foundation for growth within Sales or other client‑facing roles at T. Rowe Price.

Base Salary Ranges

Location‑specific ranges (subject to relevant experience and skills):

  • Maryland, Colorado, Washington, and remote workers: $68,500.00 – $
  • Washington, D.C.: $68,500.00 – $
  • New York, California: $68,500.00 – $
Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
