Bankers Life® is looking for entry‑level agents to work in a hybrid remote environment. You will start with in‑office training and, once ready, can transition to a hybrid schedule. You will receive award‑winning training and the opportunity to build a rewarding career in insurance sales.

• Set appointments to assess prospective clients’ financial resources and needs.
• Recommend life and health insurance policies to generate sales.
• Provide continuous, excellent customer service to the client base.

• First four weeks, eligible for up to $1,000 in bonuses ($250 per week).
• Average first‑year earnings: $50,000 – $80,000, plus up to $19,000 in sales‑matching bonuses.
• Experienced agents can earn $100,000+ through commissions and bonuses.

• Flexible work schedule after completion of initial training (4–12 weeks).
• Pre‑licensing training provided at no cost; candidates pay for state exam.
• Multiple career tracks, including benefit‑eligible management positions.
• No prior experience required; agents come from diverse backgrounds.
