The Agency Development Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in the Little Rock Metropolitan Area, with some remote work flexibility. The responsibilities include recruiting, training, and mentoring sales representatives to achieve performance goals, developing growth plans, and leading by example in creating and closing sales opportunities. The role involves building relationships with employers, communicating Colonial Life’s value, and implementing plans for market expansion.
The manager will also ensure compliance with company protocols and industry regulations while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture within the team.
