Alliance One Incorporated is seeking experienced remote debt collection professionals to connect with consumers and resolve delinquent accounts. You will perform high-volume outbound calls, use skip tracing to locate debtors, and negotiate settlements while maintaining FDCPA and FCRA compliance.
This role offers a base pay of $15–$20 per hour plus aggressive tiered commissions and compliance bonuses, along with health insurance, PTO, 401(k) after 90 days, and other benefits.
